Bengaluru airport transfer checklist: what to share before you book

Start with the direction and terminal timing

Say whether the journey is an airport pickup or an airport drop. For a pickup, share the scheduled arrival time and flight number when available. For a drop, share the departure time and the time you want to reach the terminal.

Count people and bags separately

Passenger count alone does not show how much space a group needs. Two travellers with several large suitcases can require a different fit from four travellers carrying only cabin bags.

Clarify waiting and inclusions
