Before confirming, review the vehicle or category, price basis, duty hours or distance, pickup plan and the items included or excluded.
- Tolls, parking, permits, GST and driver allowance.
- Waiting, extra distance, extra time and additional stops.
- Advance, balance and accepted payment method.
- Modification, cancellation and refund terms.
- When driver and vehicle details are expected.
Confirm and pay safely
Use only payment instructions provided through a verified Blue Bird contact. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password.
A payment alone does not replace written confirmation. Keep the quote, payment reference and acknowledgement together for the journey.
Receive the final details
Blue Bird Travels will communicate the agreed pickup and contact information according to the booking arrangement. Recheck the date, time, location, passenger contact and vehicle details when received, and report any mismatch promptly.
Travel and notify changes early
Be ready at the agreed pickup point and keep the booking contact reachable. If the route, timing, passenger count or luggage changes, tell the team as early as possible so feasibility and any revised charge can be confirmed.
